On March 31, 2008, we welcomed P. David Pearson (Dean of the Graduate School of Education, University of California, Berkeley) as a guest speaker in the "New Directions in Education: Language, Literacy, & Culture" special lecture series, commemorating the 75th anniversary of the UB Graduate School of Education.
